So now after my lovely essentials of dining class, I now have my dining room certificate! WINNING!!!!
I am off to Culinary School at Johnson and Wales University in a little over a month and I wanted to create a blog that can show my progress over time, I am starting it now so you can see me before culinary school, but do keep in mind that I work in a Kitchen, and I have been cooking since age 8. Well at least an age that my parents would let me use the oven, though the thought of me using an oven now at age 8 makes me wonder how did I not burn the house down. But on to another point I hope you enjoy my creations and failures and if you would like a recipe let me know!!
